My beach house (apartment)
So, I've been thinking a lot in getting a new place. And the first thing that has come up is to get my beach house or apartment. Been looking around here in PR and RD, found a few good prices in RD but since I've never been to RD not sure if it'll be worth investing there. Also, more expensive to get there but good reason to leave the country once in a while. Here in PR been looking at the Manati area, would be cool to find a good piece of land and just buy the house and plant it there. :)
Good idea right?!

Ahora que no tienes solo el carro para pagar, creo que la casa seria buena inversion. Pero, primero llena tu banco con tus ahorros. Que al menos te de para pagar el carro y la casa por 5 meses o 6 sin recibir un cheque del trabajo.
Al menos eso es lo q pienso hacer... por si acaso! :p
Esa es buena idea, aunque la idea que mas me gusto es planificar esto con mis padres y mi hermano. Todos aportando parte para pagar el prestamo. Pero tremenda idea esa de ahorrar varios meses para pagar el prestamo. La otra idea que se me ocurre es buscar como ponerla para rentar y asi con eso pagar el prestamo.
